01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and kbl99 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the kbl99 website located at kbl99.cam and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing, browsing, or using the kbl99 Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

kbl99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification card (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card, or equivalent). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

03 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) kbl99 account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kbl99 employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts and will suspend all associated accounts pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and at all times thereafter. kbl99 relies on the information you provide to process payments, verify your identity, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kbl99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. kbl99 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your kbl99 account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify kbl99 support immediately via live chat.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

kbl99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and to verify the identity of all players prior to processing significant withdrawals. You may be required to submit: a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. kbl99 may freeze withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

04 Use of the Platform

kbl99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree to use the kbl99 Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You further agree that your use of the Platform will not:

• Violate any applicable Philippine law, regulation, or regulatory requirement;
• Infringe the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual rights;
• Involve the use of any automated system, robot, spider, scraper, or other software to access the Platform without kbl99's express written consent;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or its related systems;
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications or engage in any form of spam;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or component of the kbl99 Platform;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All transactions on kbl99 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and Coins.ph, subject to availability. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed on the kbl99 deposit page. kbl99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. kbl99 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution. kbl99 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times, though the Platform endeavors to process verified withdrawal requests as promptly as practicable.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

kbl99 is committed to compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. kbl99 reserves the right to delay, freeze, or reject any transaction it suspects is connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. kbl99 may report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine regulatory authorities without prior notice to the user.

5.4 Currency & Fees

All account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). kbl99 does not charge fees on standard PHP deposits or withdrawals; however, your financial institution or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which kbl99 bears no responsibility.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

kbl99 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the eligibility criteria for the specific promotion;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless otherwise stated;
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Specific wagering multiples, contributing games, and time limits are detailed in each promotion's terms;
• kbl99 reserves the right to alter or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers or placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements, will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings and may result in account suspension;
• Winnings generated from bonus funds prior to satisfying wagering requirements may not be withdrawn. Any attempt to withdraw such funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of bonus and bonus-derived winnings.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kbl99 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kbl99 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to have engaged in any of the following:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud kbl99 or other players, including through false representation, unauthorized payment use, or identity fraud;
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in bad faith after a valid gaming transaction;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hole cards in poker or deliberately losing to transfer funds;
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or interact with the Platform without human input;
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or malfunctions in kbl99 games or the Platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Money Laundering: Using kbl99 for the purposes of laundering funds derived from illegal activity;

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the kbl99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and audiovisual material, is the property of kbl99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use Platform content for your private recreational use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the kbl99 Platform without the express prior written consent of kbl99.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

The kbl99 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. kbl99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your kbl99 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

kbl99 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account with immediate effect and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by you;
• Detection of a duplicate account;
• Use of prohibited software or automated betting tools;
• Request from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination for cause, kbl99 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance in your account where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms. Where termination is initiated by kbl99 without cause, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your kbl99 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard rules, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to you.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and kbl99, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct negotiation in good faith. kbl99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered users via a notice displayed on the kbl99 Platform and/or via email notification to your registered email address.

The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the kbl99 Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the kbl99 Platform and close your account.
